About Me

On the journey to build a sustainable, healthy and successful life. I try to combine spirituality with the business world and success.

When I was 18, I asked myself for the first time what I really wanted to do with my 80 years that I was allowed to be here on earth. At that time, I had already completed my training as a chemical-technical assistant and also had a job. However, the feeling of discontent did not let me go. That should be everything? Do the training and then work for 47 years, start a family, move into a single-family house? At the same time, I noticed that many employees were constantly grumbling and complaining. A boss who understood little about leadership, although it can’t be that difficult to keep an eye on the mood in the department and to give an honest word of praise. A job in which I saw no sense.

At the same time, I
realized that I was not in peace with myself and still needed to find myself. I
was generally unhappy with myself and my life. Who am I? What is this all
about? And the most important thing for me, what do I actually want to do with
myself and my life? The pressure of suffering became so high that I decided
that something had to change.

I decided to catch up on my technical college entrance qualification and to go to university. At the same time, I discovered personal development and spirituality for myself. Little by little I fought my way out of unhappiness and dissatisfaction. I started reading again. Started to meditate and to deal intensively with myself. The work and perseverance paid off. Although I still have to deal with setbacks, I was able to learn a lot along the way. As I noticed during the corona time that many people withdrew, and the mood became generally more negative I decided to pass on the things that helped me. Cause in my opinion, life should not be hard, but every person should want to wake up before the alarm clock and jump out of bed, because you are looking forward to the coming day!

Welcome to my podcast website. My name is Axel Gutekunst and I study industrial engineering. Furthermore, I am in the process of founding a company together with a friend and setting up something of my own. I like to do sports and have discovered meditation as a tool for me to become calmer and more present. I also like to cook and read.
